Heatworks is one of only 11 companies just selected in North America to participate in the Google for Startups Accelerator: Climate Change program. The 10-week digital accelerator is designed to help North American sustainable technology startups take their businesses to the next level.
The 11 companies that were chosen are collectively leveraging technology and data to combat the challenge of climate change. The program kicks off on Monday, June 7th and will focus on product design, technical infrastructure, customer acquisition, and leadership development - granting Heatworks and others access to an expansive network of mentors, senior executives, and industry leaders.
"We are thrilled to be a part of this inaugural cohort with Google," said Jerry Callahan, founder and CEO of Heatworks. " Whether it is through our patented, licensable technologies or products, our focus has always been on helping to preserve Earth’s most precious resources: water and energy. We can't wait to see what we accomplish in two months with Google's guidance and resources."
